LEASES $600-$799 - $75 CASH BACK
LEASES $800 OR MORE - $100 CASH BACK

HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR CASH REBATE:

» You must have learned about the apartment you lease from Plano Apartment Locators.

» “Plano Apartment Locators” must be listed as your agent on the guest card and rental application.

» You must sign at least a 6-month lease and remain current on your rental obligation.

» You must report your lease to Plano Apartment Locators within 15 days of moving into the property.

YOU WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A REBATED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

» You or anyone else on the lease has previously lived at the property.

» You are renewing a current lease or leasing from another property managed
  by the same company as the property in which you currently reside.

» The property to which you move refuses to pay a commission to Plano Apartment Locators.

OTHER ITEMS TO KNOW:

» The rebate is subject to the consent of the property from which you lease.

» Only one rebate per lease will be paid.

» Rebate will be mailed within 60 days of your move-in date.
